- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. The Regional Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Clamshell Structures Inc. dba Clamshell Buildings. for the acquisition of the following noted line items for the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. Please annotate Solicitation No. N00604-06-T-0261. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION will not be issued. This procurement is set-aside on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 332311 and 500 employees respectively. The FSC Code is 5410. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 13 ? Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this synopsis, which shall be considered. This synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quotations (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed Price type contract incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2005-08 and DFARS Change Notice 20060123. The Regional Contracting Department, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract for the following: ITEM 0001: 530051 WEATHERSHELL PANEL, C/S, 50B-BBA, A; QTY: 1 EACH; ITEM 0002: 530052 WEATHERSHELL PANEL, C/S, 50B-BBA, B; QTY: 1 EACH; ITEM 0003: 530053 WEATHERSHELL PANEL, C/S, 50B-BBA, C; QTY: 1 EACH; ITEM 0004: 510004 WEATHERSHELL PANEL, C/S, 50B-BBA, GROUND SEAL; QTY: 1 EACH; ITEM 0005: 503161 STRETCH CORD, 16?; QTY: 14 EACH; ITEM 0006: 503294 CABLE, ?? X 170?, BUTTON END; QTY: 2 EACH; ITEM 0007: 503215 CABLE, ?? X 110?, BUTTON END; QTY: 2 EACH; ITEM 0008: 500626 CLAMPCLIP ASSY; QTY: 12 EACH; ITEM 0009: TECHNICIAN SERVICES AND TRAVEL COSTS for a Field Advisor in support of the panel replacements. Estimated travel costs, to include per diem and car rental, are subject to and shall be reimbursed IAW the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR); QTY: 1 GROUP; Quotes shall be FOB Destination to PMRF, Kauai, Hawaii 96752-0128.
