- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), intends to award on a sole source basis, to eEye Digital Security the following training: The training will consist of four (2) day training courses on the Deploying Retina Network Security and REM Security Management Console in accordance with Far part 12, provision: (52.212-1 Instructions to Offer ??? Commercial Items), clauses: (52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ??? Commercial Items), and (52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order ??? Commercial Items; this include the following clauses: 52.222-3 Convict Labor, 52.222-19 Child Labor ??? Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies, 52.222-35 Equal Opportunity for Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era and other Eligible Veterans, 52.222-36 Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities),and (DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items) . The NAIC code is 611420. This serves as notice of intent to negotiate with eEye Digital Security for all required training support for DLA Enterprise Information Assurance Solutions Division. This training is crucial to the operation of the Information Assurance Solutions Division of DLA???s Information Assurance Solutions??? Support Center. eEye Digital Security is the sole provider for this support. Based on market research, the eEye Digital Security is the proprietary source to train and license the eEye Retina products, which includes the following: Description of the item or service. This course teaches you how to deploy and manage eEye security solutions in the areas of vulnerability assessment, central control and management, and IAVM compliance. Learn how to use the unique features of the tools including: ?? Wireless asset detection ?? Non-intrusive scanning ?? Identification of all machines on your network ?? Smart protocol/port scanning ?? Customizable audit groups ?? Multiple and scheduled assessments ?? Technical and executive reporting ?? Targeted Remediation Reporting ?? Remote management capabilities The training sessions are instructor led, interactive, and composed of lecture and lab exercises designed to reinforce key concepts. Course Duration Delivery The course offering is modular, and easily tailored to the student???s skill-set. ?? Duration: Four (2) day training classes located in Fort Belvoir, VA and in Columbus, OH. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DLA.
