- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment required and the transportation/shipping/packaging to perform calibration and repair of electronic testing and measuring instruments for Coast Guard Station Hawaii. The period of performance will be 01 April 2006 through 30 Sept. 2006, with four, one-year options. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 17 February 2006. This procurement is totally set-aside for small businesses. Offerors shall be required to have in place a Quality Control Plan conforming to: the American National Stds ANSI, the Int?l Std Org. ISO, as well as NAVAIR metrology requirements, and OEM calibration Stds. All interested small businesses are encouraged to download a copy of the solicitation. The solicitation will be a firm-fixed-price (FFP), indefinite delivery indefinite quantity, indefinite (IDIQ) contract. The procurement will be a commercial item, FAR Part 12 acquisition utilizing FAR Part 13.5 procedures. The solicitation will be issued via the Electronic Posting System only FedBizOps? electronic Posting system at www.fbo.gov click on ?Vendor?, then ?DHS?, then ?United States Coast Guard, Commander (fcp-2) USCG Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Alameda, CA?. The NAICS code is 811219 The size standard is not more than $6 million.
