- NAICS Code: 813920 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a sole source order using simplified acquisition procedures for the following requirement: Co-sponsorship for the international conference focusing on Solutions for Land Use Challenges; Solutions for Governing Ocean Use Conflicts; Soulutions for the Effective Integration of Science; Soultions for Changing Behaviors: Professionals & the Public and; Solutions for Mitigating Coastal Natural Hazards. This conference is hosted by The Coastal Society in conjunction with EPA's Office of Water and other supporting organizations and government agencies. This conference which will take place in St. Petersburg , FL from May 13 - 18, 2006 and The Coastal Society, P.O. Box 2508, Alexandria, VA, 22313 will be coordinating this event. The Coastal Society is uniquely qualified to provide the services as they are the hosting organization and are the foremost experts in organizing coastal conferences beginning with the first in 1975. This is the only conference of its kind making The Coastal Society uniquely the only source of this service. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any organization who believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may contact the POC. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed Purchase Order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
