- Description
- In support of the Research, Development and Engineering Command Simulation and Training Technology Center (RDECOM-STTC), NAVAIR Orlando TSD intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Contract with The University of Central Florida, Institute of Simulation and Training, to perform the necessary work to support the establishment of a secured facility to allow for the conduct of classified operations. This sole source is based on FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The University of Central Florida, Institute of Simulation and Training is the only supplier that uniquely meets the qualifications to perform the necessary work to allow for the establishment of a secure classified facility. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest by submitting technical information and technical capability statement in response to this notice to NAVAIR Orlando TSD, 12350 Research Parkway, Attn: Vanessa T. Dobson, Contracting Officer, Orlando, FL 32826. All response must be submitted in writing and received no later than 13 February 2006 at 2:00 PM EST.
