- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, contemplates the acquisition of miscellaneous parts in support of the ICOM America VHF Air Band Transceivers, part number IC-A200. It is anticipated that at least two (2) firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Estimated annual quantities are shown on the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ). At least one BPA will be written to a contractor that offers shipping to locations outside the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and to FPO/APO addresses. Offerors are requested to indicate on their proposal that shipping outside the CONUS is available. Proposals shall be received by facsimile, 405/954-9219, no later than 2:00 p.m. CST, date February 10, 2006. Proposals must be labeled as follows: SIR No. DTFAAC-06-R-54467; Attn: Connie Houpt. The FAA will not be responsible for any failure attributable to transmitting or receiving the electronic offers. Proposals shall be accompanied by a completed Business Declaration Form, attached. Vendors must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration web site: http://www.ccr.gov/index.asp at the time that proposals are received. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process. This SIR is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
