Description: The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has a requirement for contractor assistance in providing four (4) expert Instructors to teach a series of four (4) individual courses on Investigative/Evidence Photodocumentation at the NTSB Academy in the Spring and Fall for the next three (3) years. The first class is scheduled on May 15-18, 2006. It is the intent of the NTSB to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price Contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a contract term consisting of a base period (one class series) and five (5) option periods. It is anticipated that Solicitation No. NTSBR060003 will be issued on February 1, 2006 with responses due February 15, 2006. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible parties may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
