- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia (NSWCCD) intends to negotiate a fixed price contract with York International Corporation, York, PA, 17043 for up to forty (40) 200 Ton DDG-51 Class Air Conditioning Plant Conversion Kits, York P/N 476-95141-001, twenty-two (22) 200 Ton CG-47 Class Conversion Kits, York P/N 476-95110-000, nine (9) 125 LSD-41 Class Conversion Kits, York P/N 476-97878-002 and six (6) 300 Ton LHD-1 Class Air Conditioning Kits, with associated equipment and support services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Number Note 22 applies.
