- This is a sole source, non-personal services acquisition. The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office, BAMC Branch, intends to negotiate and award a sole source services contract to the University of Texas, a non-profit institution, to provide pred octoral fellowship research services at the U.S. Army Institue of Surgical Research, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The period of performance is on or before 1 February 2006 through 31 December 2006. The solicitation will be issued on/about 30 January 2006. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Prospective offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Program.
