- The Harlan County Lake Project, Republican City, Nebraska has a requirement for Mowing and Trimming Service. This procurement is a BEST VALUE, Request for Proposal (RFP) for Commercial Item/Services and is totally set-aside for small business concer ns. Responsible offers will be evaluated on the basis of Best Value to the Government. In addition to using pricing as a determining factor, evaluation of the contractors related experience and past performance will be considered. The Contractor shall p rovide all manpower, equipment, fuel, tools, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide mowing, and trimming. Terms of the contract will consist of a one-year base period 01 April 2006 (or date of award) through 30 September 2006 and f our one-year renewal options, which may be exercised at the discretion of the government. The government intends to issue this solicitation and any amendments through the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) website.
