- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Federal Executive institute, Presenter: Dr. Pete Ronayne, 1301 Emmet Street, Charlottesville, Virginia, 22903 for the following requirement: 0001 ? Provide one (1) facilitator to conduct a 3 hour stage presentation to audiences comprised of newly elected CMSgt?s and equivilants in numbers of approximately 225 ? 300 per event three times annually as scheduled by U.S. Air Force Senior NCO Academy (AFSNCOA) Presentations will take place at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Montgomery Alabama 36112 at the AFSNCOA. Dr. Ronayne has provided a key lecture entitled ?Leading Across Generations? that supports the senior Enlisted Leader Manager attribute of our CMSgt Leadership Course which constitutes 3 hours of approved course curriculum. Dr. Ronayne has been specifically requested by the USAF Learning and Development Center because he provides an educational experience commensurate with that of a General Officer, Senior Executive Service (SES) members, and GS-15s attending Senior Leader Orientation Course. Dr. Ronayne is the only known provider of ?Leading Across Generations? that creates mirrored consistency in AF Senior Leadership training. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified requirement, they must respond to this notice before 1200hrs (Central Standard Time) on 2 February 2006. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Federal Executive institute will be pursued. The POC for this notice is Kevin E.
