- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Sirona Dental Systems, 4835 Sirona Drive, Suite 100, Charlotte, NC 28273 for the following: One (1) each, CEREC 3D Chair-side Dental Restoration System, Part# 5851055; One (1) each, Cerec 3D Service Club; One (1) each, Milling Activation Key, Part# AK500; One (1) each, InLab upgrade Kit. Mfg: Sirona Dental Systems, for 437th Medical Group/SGSL, Charleston AFB, SC 29404. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is sole within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated date of award is February 15th, 2005.
