- This is a Sources Sought notice only. The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service is seeking sources capable of a licensed registered land surveyor for the performance of legal boundary surveys in the State of Arkansas. Interested sources must have the capability of receiving payment by Government Purchase Card (VISA). THIS IS NOT AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY PROCUREMENT. This notice is to develop a list of sources to call for quotes if the need for these services is required. Interested vendors should reply in writing to the Contracting Officer listed below not later than February 17, 2006. Responses may be submitted by mail to Janet Holmes, Contracting Officer, 700 West Capitol Ave., Room 3416, Little Rock, AR 72201; by fax to 501-301-3188; or via email to janet.holmes@ar.usda.gov. All vendors must provide the following information. 1. point of contact, 2. phone number, 3. fax number, 4. email address, 5. estimated delivery time on initial survey, 6. capacity for concurrent surveys (how many surveys can you do at the same time at the delivery time stated), 7. capability of receiving payment by credit card (VISA) and 8. documentation of qualifications (licensed registered land surveyor in the State of Arkansas).
