- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification for the solicitation published for A-E Services for APHIS. The solicitation is reissued in its entirety as attached to this amendment. This revision addresses the following points: Section B is corrected to provide identical schedules for the base and option years. The COR certifications requirements in the Statement of Work are clarified. The Statement of Work is changed to clarify the possible locations for projects. Changes are made in Section L to clarify the proposal requirements. The inadvertently omitted clauses that address options are added to the solicitation. Subcontracting plans will be required for task order that exceed $500,000 not the IDIQ. The design to funds limitations will be listed for the task order not the IDIQ. The number of copies and the address to which they should be sent is changed. A list of incumbents was provided on FBO previously and will not be listed again. Multiple awards are still anticipated with no set aside for small business under this solicitation. This requirement is offered under full and open competition iaw FAR Part 36. These changes address all the questions and comments received to date. This amendment extends the proposal due date to 4 pm CST January 31, 2006. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-NOV-2005).
