- Overhaul of Gate Valves for the KC-135. Average BEQ per year is 800 each with a required delivery of 86 per month beginning 30 days after receipt of funded order or reparables, whichever comes later. Estimated period of performance is from a 12 to 60 months. NSN 4810-00-325-0646FG. Part number 135675. To request technical orders send an approved form 2345 to the point of contact by facsimile (405)739-3462 and list the desired technical order number. Known technical order numbers applicable to this requirement are 8D1-14-77-343 and 6J15-10-66-363. GFM and CAP are not authorized. The known fully approved sources are Gulf Aerospace (cage 17475) and Whitaker Controls (cage). There are qualification requirements applicable to this part to include an IPE for all firms other than those listed above. Those firms that qualified for a limited overhaul on a previous requirement must qualify for the full overhaul as well by following the SAR process required in FAR 52.209-1. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. This requirement is not considered commercial. The RFP is scheduled to be completed and posted an estimated 15 to 30 days from the date of this announcement. You may check back on this website to download a copy at that time. The PCO will not supply the RFP directly. If the RFP is not on the FBO website continue to check it at future dates. Before you can be considered for award, your firm must register in ORCA at this website: orca.bpn.gov, and also in CCR at this website: bpn.gov.
