- NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. Any e-mails sent to this office regarding the solicitation must have the solicitation number in the subject line. Failure to do so may result in no response. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to support the U.S. Army/Japanese Ground Self Defense Forces (JGSDF) bilateral Field Training Exercise (FTX) Orient Shield 2006 (OS-06). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-JAN-2006). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 27-JAN-2006.
