Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and services needed to design, build, and replace boiler #5 Induced Draft (ID) Fan, at the Central Heating Plant, 13th and C Streets, SW., Washington, D.C. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for these services. The estimated cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation is not set-aside for small businesses. However, this procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Women-Owned businesses are encouraged to submit a bid and so state that they are women-owned. The NAIC Code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $12,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on/about February 13, 2006, and the due date will be on/about March 17, 2006.
