- This Solicitation is to establish a Standing Quote Agreement (SQ) to begin on date of award thru February 23, 2007. See attached Solicitation for more information. The destinations and quantities will be determined by on demand requisitions from various agencies. The quantities listed are not correct, as we have no way of knowing the quantities that will be requested for a SQA period.
