- THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE DEFINITE QUANTITY (DQ) CONTRACT. PLEASE READ SOLICITATION AND ALL CLAUSES CAREFULLY! This is a definite quantity (DQ) purchase. FOB destination only. Variance in quantity is +/- 3%. N3 depot is Burlington, NJ 08016. S3 depot is French Camp, CA 95231. The item offered MUST be in accordance with the IPDs and PP1 included in this RFQ. No substitutions will be accepted. When submitting your offer, please include a cover letter with your signature indicating NSN number, quantity and destination (N3, S3) and offer price along with a FULLY COMPLETED hardcopy of the Solicitation documents in this package to me via traceable mail (Fed Ex, UPS or USPS Priority Mail). First Article Testing will be required (see clauses 52.209-3 and 552.209-72). Please note- Past Performance may be considered more important than Price for purposes of Evaluation. All offers must be received by traceable mail to this office no later than the solicitation closing date and time of 01/17/06 at 3:00 p.m. (EST). FASCIMILE (FAX) and E-MAIL OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED Delivery for each awarded NSN will be 30 days ARO (after First Article Testing report is received and approved).
