- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award on a sole source basis with Decision Modeling, Inc. (DMI), maintenance support renewal for the InterestNet and InterestNet Pro Software. The IRS currently maintains this software. This software is proprietary to DMI; therefore, any other software maintenance support would not be compatible in this application. The Period of Performance is 12 months. The expected date of award is February 2, 2006. No award will be made on the basis of any quotations/proposals or other information received in response to this notice since this is a notification of intent to acquire and not a request for proposals.
