The proposed contractors proprietary equipment is not sold by other vendors and is an integral part of the GDACS control and monitoring system. The original selection of MTL was based upon an exhaustive evaluation of alternati ve sources by the Generic DACS Committee/Development team consisting of members from Corps of Engineers, HDC, and BPA.
