- In support of a proposed construction project for a Museum Support Facility at Carlisle, PA, there will be a requirement to construct automatic temperature controls compatible with the Academic Research Facility(ARF) automatic temperature controls. A compatible campus-wide energy cntrol monitoring system (ECMS) is a direct digital control system, which was purchased through full and open competition, and is installed in the ARF. Any new buildings connected to the ECMS must be compatible with the exi sting equipment. Specifically requested is Model MetaSys with N30 Supervisory Controller as manufactured by Johnson Controls, Inc., Milwaukee, WI. The estimated cost is less than $250,000. This Notice is to assist the Baltimore District Corps of Enginee rs in determining potential sources only. This Sources Sought Announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
