- On September 12, 2005, the Federal Highway Administration issued a pre-solicitation notice informing potential bidders of the availability of the plans and specifications for review on this project. At that time, it was anticipated that this project would be advertised in February 2006. The intent of this notice is to inform the contracting community of the delay in the advertisement of this project. Due to budget constraints, it is anticipated that this project advertisement will be delayed until Winter 2006/2007. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause potential bidders.
