- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) , National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) is planning to purchase from Assay Technology, Inc. Items HCS-401-250 Flow?Temperature-Humidity Control Systems (250 LPM) and HCS-401-500 Flow?Temperature-Humidity Control Systems (500 LPM) with EC-100 External Control Option. The agency is unaware of any comparable product on the market that will meet the needs of the agency. However, the agency will consider any response(s) to this announce received by February 11, 2006, in determining whether or not to compete this requirement. If the agency determines to compete this requirement, a RFQ will be issued solely to the responder of this notice; a subsequent presolicitation notice will not be issued. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award of a Federal Contract. Vendors may register at www.ccr.gov.
