- This soliciation is amended to correct line to read.*** All materials will be provided in rolls with 6 inch (ID) and 14 inch (OD). Width of material is 430 mm (16 15/16 inch) with a tolerance of 1/32 inch. ******************************************************************The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspections Service (APHIS), Plant and Protection Quarantine (PPQ), Phoenix AZ. 85040, intends to procure 87,700 lbs. of PVC 1002, 25 mil. Clear general purpose, engineered for thermo forming applications. All materials will be provided in rolls with 6? cores (ID) and 14? (OD). Width of material is 430 mm (16 15/16?) with a tolerance of 1/32. Rolls not to weigh more than 100 pounds?. No telescoped rolls and must be flat on both ends. Delivery shall be on or before March 10,, 2006, FOB Destination to Phoenix AZ. NAICS Code: 326199. This is a firm fixed price contract. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR 12. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular.
