- An organized site visit will be held at the Poro Transmitting Station on 0900 February 2, 2006. Please contact Mr. John Chick at 11-63-72-888-2747 to make arrangements to attend. Offerors are advised that any remarks and explanations made during their site visit will not change or qualify in any manner the terms and conditions of the Solicitation. Any questions or clarifications desired by an Offeror shall be submitted to Mr. Terence Donovan, Station Manager, Poro Transmitting Station, phone: 11-63-45-982-0254 or the contracting Officer Mr. Gary Hosford via facsimile at (202) 260-0855, or e-mail at ghosford@IBB.gov, or via letter not later than February 8, 2006. The Solicitation and its inclusive Specification will remain unchanged unless the Solicitation is formally amended in writing.
