- This is Modification 4 to the synopsis entitled Engineering Directorate Resource Management (EDRM) which was posted on October 11, 2005. You are notified that the following changes are made: 1) The buying team has changed the planned schedule due to adding one-on-one visits with potential offerors, the posting of the Draft SOW for this procurement, and the desire to have the contract start date coincide with the beginning of the Government fiscal year. See schedule at http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/edrm/ 2) The size standard for NAICS Code 541611 has been changed from $6M to $6.5M. 3) Parties Interested in the EDRM are invited to meet with selected members of the procurement team to discuss the EDRM procurement. For details see Discussions with Industry at http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/edrm/ Comments and questions are highly encouraged. It is suggested that industry continue to monitor the following websites: http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/edrm/ and www.fedbizopps.gov as the schedule and solicitation will be posted there. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
