- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 6,525 rentable square feet in Union City, Tennessee within the following delineated area: North: Main Street South: Reelfoot Avenue East: South Miles Avenue West: Phoebus Lane to Old Troy Road to Everett Blvd The space should yield 5,674 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
