- The Cincinnati Procurement Operations Division is holding a SDVOSB outreach conference to assist the agency in meeting its future contracting requirements. The conference is scheduled for Wednesday, March 22, 2006. The conference will be held at U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Andrew W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center Auditorium; 26 W. Martin Luther King Drive, Cincinnati, OH. Parking will be available at the University of Cincinnati Parking Garage (located across street) (fee required). No Parking will be available at the EPA's facility. The conference will be divided into two sessions. The morning session will begin at 8:30 A.M and end at 11:30 A.M. The afternoon session will begin at 12:30 P.M. and end at 4:30 P.M. During the morning session, there will be briefings by the various program offices detailing their functions along with their current and future requirements. The afternoon session will consist of one on one discussions between the SDVOSB conference participants, the various program officials and contracting officers. Due to the anticipated number of participants, the one on one discussion will be limited to 10 minutes. SDVOSB participants can sign up for the afternoon one on one discussion prior to and during the morning session. Both events are free and open to everyone on a first come first serve basis. SDVOSB participants will also have an opportunity to set up table top displays to introduce their products and service during this event. Space is limited. There will be no power source provided and nothing can be suspended from or affixed to any of the building fixtures.
