- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for Gold Support for Sun Blade renewal, (1 ea) Sun Blade 1000 Serial #213C045F, (1 ea) Sun Blade 1000 Serial #247AD15BF, (1 ea) Sun Blade 1000 Serial # 251AD10F1, (1 ea) Sun Blade 1000 Serial # 251AD196F, (1 ea) Sun Blade 1000 Serial # 255C526A, (1 ea) Sun Blade 2000 Serial # 318AD2637, (1 ea) Sun Blade 100 Serial # FT33520070, (1 ea) Enterprise 450 Serial # 091H483F, (1 ea) Enterprise 450 Serial # 816FC322, (1 ea) Enterprise 450 Serial # 816FC31F, (1 ea) Enterprise 450 Serial # 932H2A1E, (1 ea) Sun Blade 1000 Serial # 213C0662, (1 ea) Sun Blade 1000 Serial # 033AL00AC. This is a Brand Name (Sun) requirement and no substitutes will be accepted. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. The request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-06- 0215. Delivery shall be made within 45 days after receipt of purchase order. Delivery terms are F.O.B Destination to the BEP loading Dock at D Street, Between 13 and 14th Sts., S.W. Washington D.C. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price alone. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be made on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, and point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUN number, and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotation is due February 10, 2006 at 2:00pm.
