- This is a manufacture sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared and no hard copy will be made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for 300 each ??? Analog to Digital Converter, Analog Devices P/N AD574ASD/883. The manufacturer sole source is based on fit, form and function with existing equipment. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement. Responsible firm's believing they can provide the above item, should submit a written response to the Contracting Officer within 3 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing their ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the product with out causing programmatic hardship to the program.
