- On-Call Smokejumper Aircraft - Contractor furnished and operated turbine powered aircraft for the deployment of Smokejumpers on wildland fires in the conterminous 48 States and Alaska. Note: This is for On-Call Services only. No guarantees that services will be called upon unless ordered by the Contracting Officer. A minimum of 12 calendar day performance period will apply if service is ordered and accepted by the Contractor. A one year contract, with a May thru September ordering period, is sought, with options to extend for two one year periods.
