- The U.S. Army TACOM-Picatinny intends to award on a sole source basis with K&R Custom Software, Inc. Newport News, VA for Software Subscription License Right to Use Support Renewal in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 ??Only One Responsible Source...?? because K&R Custom Software, Inc. has proprietary software rights, copyrighted patent rights, and source codes required to access the software, and is the sole developer, distributor and manufacturer of Plant Record/Cable Records License 4 Users GUI (1ea.), Telephone Service Request/Trouble Calls 4 Users GUI (1ea.), Toll Call Message Accounting License 4 Users GUI (1ea.), TCMA Option for V&H Call Rating 4 Users (1ea.), TCMA Option for SMDR Monitoring 1 Switch, Windows (1ea.), TCMA Option for Merge/Compare (2 Data Sources) (1ea.), Traffic and Performance Reporting License, GUI (1ea.), Speed I Utility License 4 Users (1ea.), Speed ISingle Terminal Upgrade (4ea.), Speed I Windows Usage Module 4 to 16 Users (1ea.), Speed I Control Module & Report Generator, 16 Users (1ea.), Jetpower Series Speed Interface, 32 Users GUI (1ea.), KCML Client Server for Windows NT, 8- Users (1ea.), Electronic Directory (ELDIR) License, 4 Users GUI (1ea.), ELDIR Laser Printing Option, Unrestricted, GUI (1ea.), TCMA Option for Local Switch Tape Processing (1ea.), TCMA Option for Carrier Media Processing (2ea.), Parameter Report for Switch with SMDR Interface (1ea.), Option to Import Switch Data (1ea.), Annual Subscription for TMS-VH1-DC (1ea.), Annual Subscription for TMS-VH5-OS (1ea.), Annual Subscription for TMS-VH6-DL (1ea.). The contractor will quote Monthly Cost for a period of performance of 12 months for each software listed above. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations.
