- This synopsis was previously uploaded under Solicitation Number FA9200-05-R-0274 on 2 June 2005. Solicitation Number FA9200-06-R-0071 has replaced the previous Solicitation Number in its entirety. You DO NOT have to provide a response to this synopsis or the Risk Assessment. They are being uploaded to maintain the continuity of the MultiMedia Center Technical Support Acquisition. This acquisition is for Eglin AFB Multimedia Center Technical Support. The contractor will provide non-personal services for multimedia management, still, digital, video/motion picture photography; still/digital/motion picture processing, printing, and editing; video editing; airborne instrumentation, multimedia maintenance; presentations support; video teleconferencing; operation of a multimedia library; image design (hard copy and digital); associated services. All services are to support the Air Armament Center (AAC) and designated customers. The products and service of the proposed contract are highly specialized. Support is of a highly technical nature using the latest state of art in professional multimedia equipment. All support provided will be in accordance with professional applicable standards. Subject matter will be primarily technical documentation of research, development, acquisition, test, and evaluation (RDAT&E) nature. The contract will support internal and external customers. A firm fixed price (FFP) contract with cost reimbursable line items for travel and property acquisition is contemplated. The anticipated period of performance planned includes a basic four -year period with four, two-year options. The proposed product/service North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code) for this acquisition is 561210 ($30M). Firms responding to this announcement should indicate whether they are or are not a Small Business concern or a Small Disadvantaged Business concern as defined in FAR 52.219-1 and 52.219-2.
