Description

The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) Audie L. Murphy Division has a requirement for drug eluting coronary stents. The Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital, San Antonio, TX, proposes to award a sole source consignment contract with Johnson & Johnson Health Care/Cordis Division. Contract will be for base year and one twelve-month option to renew. Johnson & Johnson Health Care/Cordis Division is to provide the following Cypher Sirolimus-eluting Coronary Stents, part numbers, CSX08250, CSX08300, CSX08350, CSX13250, CSX13300, CSX13350, CSX18250, CSX18300, CSX18350, CSX23250, CSX23300, CSX23350, CSX28250, CSX28300, CSX28350, CSX33300 and CSX33350. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 13.501(a)(2)(I), test program, using simplified acquisition procedures. Interested persons may identify interest and ability to respond to this requirement. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m., CST, February 3, 2006.
