Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide the VA Medical Center, 5000 W. National Avenue, Milwaukee, WI with Laser Sheath?s and Cardiac Lead Locking Device?s for the Spectranetics Cardiac Lead removal System, CVX-300 Excimer Laser System. The performance period will be of one year from the date of award (with four one-year options exercised at the government?s discretion) in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. This is a brand name or equal solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to provide supplies and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is unrestricted. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
