- Request for solicitation documents must be submitted in writing or by facsimile to 503/326-7425 Attn-Teresa Brandt, Division of Acquisition, 1220 SW Third Avenue, room 476, Portland, OR 97204. Replace existing wiring to upgrade to CAT5e+ certified wiring and components with minimum disruption to facility operation. Majority of wiring will use existing wire trays and conduit. Approximately 496 lines to be installed in a federally operated clinical facility and in an outbuilding. The longest internal drop is a line length of approximately 260 LF. Includes provision and installation of (1) 40-44u 19-inch enclosed floor cabinet, and (1) 5u 19-inch enclosed wall-mount rack. Contractor shall be required to meet local Tribal requirements - Business license and Tribal Employment (TERO). Irregular hours will be required. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. Period of performance: 30 calendar days after receipt of award. Solicitation documents will be available approximately January 31, 2006, and only in paper format. Numbered note 1.
