- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) EAB Laboratory in Morgantown, West Virginia has a requirement to renew maintenance and support for software licenses for INSIGHT II and TOPKAT Complete for a one year period. Specifically, this procurement would renew the license for C2.DMOL3-Solid State; Delphi; Decipher; Discover LS; Insight II LS; Profiles-3D; Homology; Biopolymer; Search/Compare; Insight II LS; Sketcher; Binding Site Analysis Interface; C2.Alignment; C2.Analog Builder; C2.Conformers; C2.Cation Locator; C2.CSAR; C2.Descriptor+; C2.DB Access; C2.Discover Interface; C2.Fieldfit; C2.Force Field Editor; C2.Genetic Algorithms; C2.MFA; C2.Minimizer; C2.Mopac Interface; C2.Open Force Field; C2.QSAR+; C2.Receptor; C2.Visualizer LS; C2.Compass. The only known source to obtain the continued software licenses is through the original manufacturer, Accelrys, Inc., 10188 Telesis Ct. 100, San Diego, CA. Organizations who believe they can provide the required license and support may respond within 15 days after publication of this notice. Responses shall be submitted to Kimberly P. Groves (MS-1019), Reference #: 000HCC36-2006-28794, DHHS, PHS, CDC, PGO, AAFB-BRANCH V, 1095 Willowdale Road, Morgantown, WV 26505. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000. Information received would generally be used for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no vendors respond within 15 days identifying their ability to provide maintenance for the listed software licenses, award will be made to Accelrys, Inc. without further notices being issued. All responses shall be considered by the Government.
