- PR RD050420070000, SOL. SP040706R0612, NSN 1670-01-323-9900, Rubber Band, Parchute Suspension Line, P/N 11-1-4095-2, Manufacture IAW Army Natick Dwg 11-1-4095 and applicable supports. IQC, base + 4 years, EAD base year is 4750 each and the option years is 5000 each. There is a Government First Article Test requirement. 100% HUBZONE set-aside, fully open and competitive, FOB destination, I/A origin, 90 days ARO for the FAT and 90 days AFAA for the production quantities. Item is configuration and export controlled. The TDP will only be released to export control certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests via the following website: https://riac1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. If export control certification is required,request a DD Form 2345, Militaqry Critical Technical DAta AGreement from Defense Logistics Services Center, www.dlis.dla.mil. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
