- The subject requirement is for 3 NSNs. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. This is Small Business Set Aside Full and Open after Exclusion of Sources. Small Business Size Standard is 500 for NAICS 336112. The solicitation will be available on February 13,2006 at https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla/bsm.dla.mil/RFP). The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. Drawings will be available thru the DIBBS solicitation link on the solicitation date. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacturer the item and provide this evidence to the government. See note(s) 9 and 26. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. While may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery , past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
