- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is soliciting proposals for the following contract line items (CLINs) (No Substitutes): CLIN 0001: 4000 each, Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 ? Silver (Basic Data Volume License Product) for 2501-5000 licenses, Government Edition, Part Number VLPE7SB6; CLIN 0002: 4000 each, Easy Media Creator 7 ? Silver (Basic Data Volume License Product) Year 1 Support and Maintenance for 501-5000 licenses, Government Edition, Part Number DEFE7SB2; CLIN 0003: 1 each Easy Media Creator 7 ? Silver (Basic Data Volume License Product) media kit, Part Number 219500; CLIN 0004: Option I - 4000 each, Easy Media Creator 7 ? Silver (Basic Data Volume License Product) Year 2 Support and Maintenance for 501-5000 licenses, Government Edition, Part Number DEFE7SB2; CLIN 0005: Option II - 4000 each, Easy Media Creator 7 ? Silver (Basic Data Volume License Product) Year 3 Support and Maintenance for 501-5000 licenses, Government Edition, Part Number DEFE7SB2; and CLIN 0006: Option III 4000 each, Easy Media Creator 7 ? Silver (Basic Data Volume License Product) Year 4 Support and Maintenance for 501-5000 licenses, Government Edition, Part Number DEFE7SB2. The acquisition will be conducted under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 511210; the small business size standard is 21M. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7372. A fixed-price contract is anticipated. The required delivery date is thirty (30) calendar days from date of award. The delivery location is Defense Threat Reduction Agency / BDI, 6200 Meade Road Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5264.
