- This synopsis shall serve as the Office of Administration's notice of intent to issue an order to The Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) for an on-line subscription to "Daily Report for Executives." The period of performance is October 1, 2005, through September 30, 2006. This is considered to be a sole source order since the "Daily Report for Executives" is a proprietary and copyrighted product of BNA. A solicitation does not exist and responses are not anticipated. See Note 22.
