- The purpose of this notice is to correct the date of the pre-proposal/pre-solicitation conference listed in modification 10 to read February 13, 2006. There will be one Pre-Proposal conference for the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside and one Pre-Solicitation conference for the Full-and-Open contract. Both conferences will be held, Monday, February 13, 2006 in the Lake Michigan Conference Room, 12th floor of the Metcalfe Federal Building, 77 West Jackson Boulevard, Chicago, Illinois. The Full-and-Open conference will begin at 9AM CST. The Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside conference will begin at 2PM CST.
