Description
The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk is seeking information on sources that can provide technical and analytical support to: The primary organization for this support is the Navy Information Operations Command Norfolk (NIOC NORFOLK), Naval Amphibious Base, Little Creek, VA, and subordinate commands NIOC San Diego, CA. and NIOC Whidbey Island, WA. with additional support to the Naval Network Warfare Command (NNWC) and the Naval Computer Incident Response Team (NAVCIRT). This support encompasses the mission areas of Information Operations (IO) and Information Warfare (IW) and includes support for missions, functions and tasks related to: Electronic Warfare, Operations Security, Psychological Operations, Military Deception and Computer Network Operations (CNO); Fleet training; strategic, operational and tactical planning; operational support and reachback; functional data management; Fleet IO requirements; experimentation; tactics evaluation; doctrine development; systems assessment; information technology management and administration; engineering and technical; and management and professional support services. For the purposes of Small Businesses, the NAICS Code is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, and the Size Standard is $6.5M. Your response shall include the following information and can be submitted in your own format: Size of company, i.e., large, 8(a), WOSB, SB, Veteran, all others, number of employees, revenue for the past 3 years, relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back 5 years and your company's capability to perform the type of work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition as specified in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Also, please indicate if your company can be a prime contractor for this effort or, if not, whether your company can be a subcontractor. A draft PWS and draft Section B are posted in this notice for your reference.
