- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) site located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-06-R-4409 for execution planning and accomplishment of CNO scheduled Non Dry-Docking Availabilities for FFG 7 Class ships homeported in and visiting Mayport, FL. This effort will include execution planning, accomplishment of CNO scheduled Non Dry-Docking availabilities and continuous/emergent maintenance requirements. A cost plus award fee contract is contemplated. The solicitation will be posted electronically under its solicitation number at the following web sites: http://www.fbo.gov and http://www.neco.navy.mil.
