- The Wana Pa Koot Koot Cultural Resources Cooperating group (WPKK) is composed of the Corps of Engineers, Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), Nez Perce Tribe, Umatilla Tribe, Warm Springs Tribe, Yakama Tribe, Oregon State Historic Preservation Offi ce, Washington State Historic Preservation Office and other individuals/agencies. The purpose of this group is to manage historic and archeological sites within Bonneville, The Dalles and John Day Projects with funding provided jointly by the Corps and BP A. This group generally meets on a monthly basis. Meetings are lengthy and much information is presented and voted upon.Therefore, formal documentation of the meeting proceedings is needed for the Federal record.
