- Description
- Real Property and Real Property System Planning Support for Headquarters, Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (OACSIM). This work involves Information Technologies (IT) services to obtain support services to maintain, update and enhance the OACSIM Army Criteria Tracking Systems (ACTS), Facility Planning System (FPS), Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS), Real Property Management Support, McKinney Act Support, Infrastructure Management Support, Real Estate Action Committee Support, HQEIS Support, and Real Property Inventory (RPI) Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Support. This will ensure that these systems meet OACSIMs standard architecture, are compatible with related Army systems, and are fully functional. All tasks under this contract will be for purposes of obtaining support services and software to maintain, update and enhance ACTS, FPS, RPLANS, HQEIS, McKinney Act, Infrastructure, RPI, Real Estate, and QA/QC. There will be a single award r esulting from this advertisement/solicitation. A fixed price contract will result from this advertisement/solicitation. The contract will be for a base period of 1 year and 4 one-year option periods. THIS IS A 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE ACQUISIT ION. SIC Code 7373 applies. NAICS Code 541512 Computer Systems Design Services applies - Size Standard $23 mil. The solicitation will be available on or about 1 February 2006 with proposals due on or about 28 February 2006. The solicitation will be pro vided in an electronic format. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation is via the Internet. The solicitation will not be issued in paper format. Notification of amendments may be made by facsimile, floppy disk, compact disk and/or postings to the Internet. The media selected for solicitation amendments shall be solely at the discretion of the Government; accordingly, as separate notifications for each amendment may not be sent to plan holders, bidders shall be responsib le for monitoring the Internet for amendments.
