- The US Army Communications Electronics Research, Development & Engineering Center (CERDEC), Fort Monmouth, NJ is conducting an industry survey of interested foreign sources, under the Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT) Program, to locate sources for a transmission solution between switching nodes for secure (LPI/LPD/AJ*) area-covering communication systems by means of Point-to-Point (PTP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PTMP) Radio Relays. This request for information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) Notice is for i nformation and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the US Army CERDEC. The purpose of this RFI/SS is to identify potential foreign sources that may be interested in and capable of performin g the work described herein. US Army CERDEC does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted or for CERDECs use of such information. Acknowledgement of receipt of responses wi ll not be made, nor will respondents be notified of CERDEC evaluation of the information received.
