- This is a modification of a previous notice. This modification changes the class code from 'Z' to 'Y'. This modification also includes additional information in the description block not in the previous notice. This Pre-Solicitation Notice provides general information concerning a Request for Proposal (RFP) expected to be available after 9 February 2006. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price indefinite quantity Job Order Contract (JOC) for Basewide Co nstruction and Repair at Fort Riley, Kansas. Contract period will be for a one-year base plus four (4) one-year options. Scope of Work--Contractor shall provide, upon receipt of a delivery order, all materials, supplies, parts (to include system components ), plant, supervision, labor, tools and equipment, except when specified in the delivery order as Government furnished, to repair or construct real property facilities and structures at Fort Riley, Kansas. All delivery order work and related services shall be performed in accordance with all of the terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, technical exhibits and references and publications contained in the contract or incorporated by reference. The estimated ma ximum dollar value of the base period and each individual option period is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The guaranteed minimum will be not be less than $400,000 and will be the same for base and all option periods. The solicitation will be released under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220, Addition, alteration and renovation general contractors, commercial and institutional building. The size standard for this NAICS code is $28.5M. Contractor's Work and Responsibility--C ontractor's work and responsibility shall include all development, planning, programming, administration and management necessary to provide all repair or construction and related services as specified. The Contractor shall conduct the work in strict accor dance with the contract and all applicable Federal, State of Kansas and local laws, regulations, codes or directives. The Contractor shall insure that all work provided meets, or exceeds, critical reliability rates or tolerances specified or included in ap plicable documents. The Contractor shall provide related services such as preparing and submitting required reports, performing administrative work, and submitting necessary information as specified under this contract and within individual delivery orders .
