- The Information Technology, E-Commerce, and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4) intends, subject to approval, to issue a sole source contract to NAVIGANT/SATO Travel for official travel management services in Defense Travel Region (DTR) 6. This eff ort is a continuation of services currently being performed by the contractor. The Government intends to issue a contract for a base period of two months, with three, one-month options. The intent of the contract is to continue services for the minimum p eriod necessary to allow for a competition of the DTR 6 official travel management requirements pursuant to solicitation number W91QUZ-04-R-0014. The estimated value for this acquisition is $1 million for the base period and the option periods. The effect ive date of the contract will be 1 March 2006.
